I love supersets.
There; I said it. I properly love supersets, the more brutal the more I love them. They are an excellent method to hit fat loss and muscle growth, they increase training density with only slight increasing training time and they can allow you to squeeze more into each workout: win, win, WIN. However, a lot of people do not do them properly or they have poor choice for exercise selection; I'll admit that I was one of them with poor exercise selection, until I learned about choosing exercises properly and with help from others.
