Extremely Informative Video
This is a video by Eric Cressey sent out in his newsletter. He goes over the 8 Ways to Screw Up a Row. This is applicable to anyone; beginners or experienced lifters to improve technique when doing rowing exercises to get the most effectiveness from the exercise but importantly to reduce any chance of injury.
