20 Almost Laws of Strength Training

This is a very interesting article that will really get you thinking about your training. Coach Bret Contreras goes through his list of laws that almost make it be being vital to strength training.

He talks about these almost laws and explains it really well why there are not defined laws of strength training. It really got me thinking about my current training and especially how I trained in the past and also what maybe I should be looking to do in the future with my programming.

This might be difficult for beginners to get their heads around but anybody with a few years of lifting experience should understand the reasoning behind why these are "almost laws" and not defined laws.

I honestly believe that a lot of the points touched upon can be applied to any current program being utilised by anyone and boost the effectiveness of their training and thus their results. This is part 1 of the overall article; in part 2 he will discuss what he would call the "defined laws" of strength training.
